About The Position
C-A-L Ranch Stores is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise and coordinate activities of workers in a department of our retail store. This role involves performing various duties assigned by the Store Manager and overseeing store operations during shifts when the Store Manager is not present. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the store's financial performance, managing merchandise placement, and achieving profitability goals. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to handle firearms in compliance with all regulations.
