About The Position

As an Assistant Store Manager at Spectrum, you will play a critical role in fostering a high-performance sales culture while ensuring every customer leaves with the right products and an outstanding experience. You will lead by example, coaching and empowering your team to drive sales, build customer loyalty, and contribute to the overall success of the store. Your responsibilities will include managing daily store operations, maintaining a welcoming environment, and overseeing inventory control.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and professionally.
  • Significant experience working in a retail store environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate others in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • High comfort level with personal technology and software applications.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work scheduled overtime as needed.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of Sales/Customer Service experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of Management experience.
  • 2-3 years of Telecommunications/wireless experience.
  • Familiarity with the latest technology and devices.
  • Willingness to travel to other locations as needed.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Certifications in sales training.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
