About The Position

Engaging with customers will be a key part of your role, as you will build relationships and foster brand loyalty through effective use of company tools and resources. You will also oversee specific divisions of responsibility, ensuring accountability for results and supporting the Store Manager in maintaining high standards for merchandising and operations. Your ability to remain composed in challenging situations will be essential, as you will need to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and manage competing priorities effectively. You will also perform point-of-sale (POS) transactions during designated shifts and execute management functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
