About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the store. This includes ensuring that the sales floor is properly merchandised and that freight is processed within 48 hours. The role also involves inventory control and banking responsibilities, as well as managing the store in the absence of the store manager.

Requirements

• Must be a great salesperson with experience in supervision
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and have dependable transportation
• Possess a personality that supports efficiency, inspirational leadership qualities, and a can do attitude

Responsibilities

• Making sure the floor is properly merchandised with freight to the floor within 48 hours
• Inventory control and banking responsibilities
• Managing the store in the manager’s absence
