About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager at 2nd STREET USA is responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a second-hand clothing retail environment. The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all duties and is expected to handle various responsibilities, including sales promotion, inventory management, and staff training.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage all store activities to increase sales and profit.
  • Supervise and direct staff, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary requirements.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory activities and maintain required inventory levels.
  • Coordinate sales promotion activities and manage pricing of merchandise.
  • Train newly hired employees and provide ongoing training to staff.
