About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of one year retail experience.
• General computer knowledge is required.
• Ability to read, write, and operate electronic equipment and sales transactions.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand, kneel, lift, and bend up to 25 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in profit and loss management.
• Supervisory experience of at least 2 years.
• Experience in customer service for 5 years or more.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Mentor team members to provide fast and friendly service.
• Ensure every customer receives a great shopping experience.
• Stock and re-stock inventory merchandise throughout the facility.
• Check in vendor deliveries and manage inventory levels.
• Complete required paperwork including shift reports and gas reconciliations.
• Assist in training new employees and team members as needed.
• Maintain a courteous and friendly attitude at all times.
