We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our store while assisting in team supervision. In this role, you’ll lead a group of associates, drive sales performance, and ensure an outstanding customer and donor experience.

Requirements

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail preferred)
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace
Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs. regularly

Responsibilities

Support daily store operations to ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment
Lead by example by providing outstanding customer and donor service
Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and developing team members
Coach employees on performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback
Help drive productivity, sales performance, and operational efficiency
Ensure store procedures, safety standards, and company policies are followed
Assist with loss prevention, safety checks, and store organization
Use basic reporting and performance data to support store goals
