Sales Partners have the potential to earn an average of $60,000 or more in total compensation during their first year, combining hourly wages and commissions when consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, helping customers discover the right wireless solutions while coaching your team to deliver an exceptional BeMobile Sales Process every time. You’ll coach and develop your team in real-time, asking powerful questions and guiding conversations that build confidence, problem-solving skills, and lasting growth. You’ll proactively connect with customers through outreach tools and campaigns—driving traffic, building loyalty, and sparking referrals. You’ll elevate the customer experience, resolving escalations, tracking feedback, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable, 5-star impression. You’ll manage cash and inventory with precision, from transactions and promotions to device security and inventory controls. You’ll keep operations running smoothly, handling HR tasks, inventory counts, community involvement, and compliance—all while supporting your Store Leader and district initiatives. Above all, you’ll be the bridge between sales partners and leadership, empowering your team to grow, thrive, and crush their goals while ensuring your store runs like a well-oiled machine.
