The Assistant Store Leader must ensure that all Team Members are safe, happy, fulfilled, and successful. They must demonstrate ABC's Core Values with our Guests and Team Members. The Assistant Store Leader will assist the Store Leader in overseeing all store operations and fill in as needed when the Store Leader is unavailable by performing other duties which include driving performance goals, supporting the team, and delivering excellent Guest service.
