  • Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and bank deposits.
  • Assist in maintaining payroll budget and managing staff schedules.
  • Monitor and follow company policies with a focus on loss prevention.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Windows-based software.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities and exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable making decisions and mediating conflict within a team environment.
  • Prior luxury goods experience preferred.
