Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years management experience in a comparable retail environment.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Prior luxury goods experience preferred.
  • Professional sales development and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
  • Comfortable making decisions and mediating conflict in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clientele through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Partner with Store Leader (SL) to create business-driving initiatives.
  • Ensure associates utilize their client books to increase sales through regular reviews.
  • Maintain compliance with clientele standards and thank you note programs.
  • Ensure all associates complete the sales training program.
  • Model and supervise the selling environment, providing coaching on sales processes.
  • Assist SL in achieving financial success through measurable results.
  • Assume SL role in their absence when necessary.
  • Lead by example in achieving personal sales goals.
  • Educate the team on sales plans and measurable statistics to maximize business.
  • Network within the community to fill open positions efficiently.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews and assessments of employee performance.
  • Communicate the brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
  • Ensure brand and operating standards are met for consistency.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation standards.
  • Communicate merchandise sell-through and customer feedback to SL.
  • Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist SL in maintaining payroll budget and managing schedules.
  • Monitor and follow company policies with a focus on loss prevention.
  • Manage POS transactions to maintain inventory integrity.
