About The Position
Hornblower is seeking an Assistant Steward for our Seaward Services operation on the Endeavor or Explorer. The Assistant Steward will assist the Chief Steward with food preparation and serving, as well as properly storing foods and protecting foods from contaminants. Coordination with the Chief Steward regarding action plans for meal periods is essential.
