The Assistant Station Manager assists the Station Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail facility, maintains oversight of station operations and staff in the Station Manager’s absence, and provides work direction, motivation and coaching to staff during shifts to ensure tasks are completed according to CSI’s guidelines. This role supports and adheres to established safety, security, quality guidelines, and all other CSI policies, procedures, practices, and programs. They are responsible for responding to accidents or incidents professionally, ensuring employee compliance with company wage & hour requirements, supporting cash/money handling processes, preserving safety, and maintaining professional contact with co-workers, customers, vendors, and the community. The Assistant Station Manager will also perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative (CSR) as needed.
