About The Position

The position involves key responsibilities that ensure effective store operations and a positive team environment. The individual will communicate clearly and concisely, filter communication to the shift team as directed by the store manager, and contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing changes in partner morale and performance. The role requires demonstrating integrity and knowledge that promote the culture and values of Starbucks, maintaining a calm demeanor during high volume periods, and developing positive relationships with the shift team. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and maintaining regular attendance are also essential. The individual will model a customer-first attitude, deliver legendary customer service, and supervise partners to ensure they meet customer expectations. The role includes responding to immediate store needs, reviewing the store environment for improvement opportunities, supporting the store manager in implementing company programs, and utilizing operational tools to achieve excellence. Coaching and mentoring partners, providing feedback, and making recommendations to the store manager are also key functions.
