The Assistant Starbucks Lead supervises, prepares and serves specialty coffee or other beverages. This important position works closely with the Starbucks Barista team to make the experience for each customer special. Our Barista teams prepare all types of specialty drinks while following established food production programs and procedures. The Assistant Starbucks Lead's key responsibility is to maximize profitability through expense control, ordering, shrink control and efficient production.
