Primary job responsibilities will be the design, implementation, and scheduling of strength and conditioning programs for sports as assigned by the Director of Sports Performance. The anticipated sport coverage for this position will be Men's Lacrosse, Men's Rowing, and an additional sport. These program coverages may be changed from time to time and additional sport coverage may be required. Primary responsibilities also include assisting the Director of Sports Performance in all aspects of Division I Strength and Conditioning program including, but not limited to, teaching student athletes how to perform Weight Lifting and Conditioning. In addition, this position will assist with the daily operation and maintenance of strength and conditioning facilities and other duties as assigned by the Director of Sports Performance. Must be proficient in Olympic and strength training movements, exercise selection and programming, speed mechanics, agility drills, and nutrition. The ability to communicate and develop a working relationship with sport coaches, athletic trainers, and student-athletes is imperative. Support other strength staff members as assigned. Travel optional.
