About The Position
MassageLuXe Birmingham, MI is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to join our strong team located at 33347 Woodward Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, reliable, and dedicated, with at least 2 years of experience in a massage spa environment. As the Assistant Spa Manager, you will be responsible for performing all front desk duties, overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring an impeccable level of service, and creating an environment of relaxation and tranquility for both clients and staff. You will lead a team of skilled therapists and support staff while actively engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate is a reliable, committed, and dedicated individual with a strong background in spa management, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will manage all aspects of front desk duties and spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance. You will recruit, train, and supervise a team of professional service providers and sales staff, ensuring a consistent and high standard of service delivery that aligns with the spa's mission and values. Monitoring spa performance metrics, analyzing trends, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement will be key responsibilities. You will foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee growth, handle client inquiries, appointments, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, and maintain the cleanliness, ambiance, and functionality of treatment rooms and common areas. Collaboration with the marketing team to promote spa services, packages, and special promotions will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of financial transactions, inventory, and employee performance, and uphold and enforce spa policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
