Practice the importance of producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner. Person has basic skills in department training and is capable of assuming department responsibilities in the absence of the Sushi Chef and Chef de Cuisine. Skills and knowledge to include culinary education, cost control, basic communication and leadership skills and computer skills. Assist in daily prep or any other assigned item by Sushi Chef and Chef de Cuisine. Maintain a good working relationship with all back of house, front of house staff, management and guests. Perform other task or projects as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a good working relationship with all back of house, front of house staff, management and guests
  • Perform other task or projects as assigned by management
