About The Position
Gettysburg College is seeking an Assistant Softball Coach to work in the Athletics Department. The position will be responsible for assisting the Head Softball Coach in the areas of coaching, recruiting, academic oversight, practice planning, game planning, field maintenance, equipment organization, alumni engagement, as well as video and computer technology. The position will also serve in the area of strength and conditioning. The College seeks candidates who have the communication skills and cross-cultural ability with diverse groups of students, colleagues, and community members. The position involves working weekends, evenings, and some holidays. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Executive Director of Athletics as required.
