About The Position

The Assistant Softball Coach position at Carson High School is open to both employees of the Carson City School District and external applicants. The application period will close on October 24th, 2024, or until the position is filled. The salary for this position is based on the 6.0% licensed salary schedule, step one, Master's Degree column. Candidates recommended for hire must complete a First Aid/AED/CPR course prior to starting. If candidates already possess a valid First Aid/AED/CPR card, they should upload a copy with their application. High School coaches are required to have a National Federation of High School coaching certificate.

Requirements

• Completion of the online application.
• Submission of a cover letter and resume.
• Possession of a National Federation of High School coaching certificate.
• Ability to develop self-discipline within team members.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen test.
