About The Position
Central Michigan University, an FBS member of the Mid-American Conference, is seeking applicants for an Assistant Softball Coach. The position is a full-time, 12 month appointment with full benefit package. Salary is commensurate with experience. This position will be responsible for coordinating the training, identification and recruitment of athletically and academically talented student-athletes, foster a positive and competitive environment, assist with administration and organization of tournaments, games, practice, management of equipment, fundraising and community involvement, and other duties designated by the head coach. The assistant coach is also responsible for maintaining compliance with NCAA, MAC, and CMU rules & regulations.
