About The Position
KIPP Public Schools Northern California is seeking a part-time, seasonal coach for high school or club softball. The position requires 2 to 3 years of coaching experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree. The coach will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the assigned team, ensuring that team rules and regulations are communicated and followed. The role also involves supervising athletes during practices and games, creating a safe environment for student development, and modeling good sportsmanship. The coach must complete required safety training and maintain a valid CA license with insurance coverage.
