About The Position

Southeastern Louisiana University's Department of Athletics invites applications for the position of Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach. The successful candidate will assist the Head Coach with all phases of a Division 1 intercollegiate women’s soccer program including instruction and training of student-athletes in on-field operations, physical and mental player development, motivation, mentorship, instilling disciplines and development technical skills through quality practice and excellent communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• A minimum of one year of coaching experience at the high school level or above.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree from an accredited university.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations in Division 1 Athletics
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Highly organized and multi-task oriented
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a fast paced team
• Strong leadership skills
