About The Position

Looking for a fun, active weekend job working with kids? Soccer Shots is hiring Assistant Coaches to help lead soccer classes for children ages 2–8 years old . You’ll work alongside a Lead Coach to create a positive, high-energy environment where kids learn soccer skills and important life lessons. No soccer experience is required. We provide paid training and a structured curriculum for every session. Pay $18 per hour Paid training provided Opportunities to grow into Lead Coach roles in the future Schedule We are currently hiring coaches available for Saturday and/or Sunday mornings Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM Locations available: Ardsley, White Plains, Chappaqua, New Rochelle, Tuckahoe, Rye Brook Sessions are short (30–45 minutes each), and most coaches help with 3–5 sessions per shift . We are a year-round program - our Spring season runs from April-June. Successful assistant coaches have the opportunity to continue after the Spring season. Responsibilities

Assist the Lead Coach during soccer classes for young children
Help set up and clean up equipment
Encourage kids and help them stay engaged in activities
Create a fun, supportive environment for players
Help keep sessions organized and running smoothly
You will not be responsible for leading sessions — you’ll support the Lead Coach and interact with the kids
