About The Position
Positions open throughout Monmouth County - The YMCA is looking for Assistant Site Supervisors to aid in preparing, implementing, and supervising activities for the children for before or after school programs throughout our school partners in Monmouth County. Available shifts are 7-9 am and/or 3-6 pm from September through June. Flexible schedules!
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma.
- Minimum 1 year experience working with school-age children.
- Ability to relate well to young children.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Assist Site Supervisor in preparation and implementation of all activities.
- Supervise children during play as well as during quiet homework time.
- Be a role model demonstrating YMCA philosophy and values.
