Kier Management is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to help run our communities smoothly, keep residents happy, and assist in everything from files to maintenance to marketing. Requirements

  • Experience in site/property management or related fields preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism, customer service focus, and reliability
  • Valid driver's license and insurable under company auto policy
  • Occasionally lift/move 10–50+ lbs, bend, stoop, or climb
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
  • Able to travel between sites and attend training
  • Safety gear required for certain tasks (gloves, glasses, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Keep resident files and certifications accurate and on time
  • Assist with marketing and showing apartments to prospective residents
  • Help with work orders, purchase orders, and day-to-day property operations
  • Support residents with prompt, high-quality service
  • Prepare vacant units for move-ins and coordinate with maintenance
  • Attend meetings and training to stay in the know
  • Help with Section 8, Tax Credit, and Home Fund programs, including recertifications and audits
