About The Position

Experience supporting Government contract operations. Background in records management or large‑scale administrative support. Familiarity with quality control or multi‑site coordination environments. Responsibilities: Support the Site Manager in overseeing the Records Operation and ensuring timely delivery of all contract deliverables. Assist in monitoring data entry, mail operations, file operations, and quality control activities to ensure compliance with Government requirements. Coordinate with Contract Supervisors and Quality Control personnel to support workflow planning and issue resolution. Provide guidance to staff in areas such as customer service, property control, facility maintenance, safety, and security. Assist with staff scheduling and daily production oversight. Help prepare production reports, customer service reports, timesheet records, training documentation, quarterly Government Furnished Property inventories, and Significant Incident Reports. Maintain close coordination with site leadership on operational challenges, process improvements, and resource needs. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Site Manager.

Requirements

  • Foundational leadership experience and the ability to support teams in a high‑volume operational environment.
  • Understanding of quality control, data entry workflows, and administrative operations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to read and understand English at a proficient level.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and support multiple supervisors in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Physical ability to lift 45+ lbs. and perform tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
