About The Position
The Assistant Site Manager is the second in command of a dynamic operations team of subject matter experts in locomotive repair and materials, reporting to the Sr. Onsite Service Manager. This role is involved in all aspects of shop management and provides foundational knowledge and experience that sets the groundwork for continued career growth and exposure. It is a front line leader role responsible for the performance of a team of technicians, geared towards those who have a passion for leading others.
