Requirements

• High School or GED Equivalent.
• Preferred 1 year of technical experience in a bitcoin mining facility.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Self-supervision ability.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of skilled technicians, offering tactical and strategic guidance to ensure optimal performance levels.
• Collaborate with the site manager to drive innovation and continuous improvement, maintaining high uptime above 99%.
• Follow procedures that exceed local Health & Safety standards for bitcoin mining facilities.
• Analyze and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for essential facility operations.
• Collaborate with leadership on addressing workforce and operational issues.
• Assist with project deployments as needed.
• Perform any other necessary duties.
