We do that by facilitating hands-on, educational activities such as arts and crafts, sports, games, structured play and more, all in a safely organized after school program setting.   • Support the Senior Site Director in planning, management, and supervision of an assigned site.
  • Ensure program quality with age-appropriate activities.
  • Coach and supervise site staff.
  • Transport all program materials and supplies to site.
  • Visit all sites as needed.
  • Minimum age is 21.
  • Professional experience directly related to licensed or accredited school age/camp programs, preferred.
  • Prior leadership experience required.
  • Ability to transport all program materials and supplies to site.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Adult/Child/Infant CPR, AED & First Aid certification (can be acquired after hire).
  • Food Worker Card (can be acquired after hire).
  • Mandated Reporter training certificate (can be acquired after hire).
  • Health & Safety certificate (can be acquired after hire).
  • Currently hold or have the willingness to acquire a minimum of twelve college credits in education, youth development or related field, with at least 3 credit hours specific to early childhood education.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
