About The Position

The Brunswick School Department is seeking an Assistant Site Coordinator to join the 2026 ESY team this summer. Extended School Year (ESY) services are designated services for select Pre-K - 12 students with IEPs. This role is part time and runs from May 30th, through August 6th. Additional planning and preparation work will be completed during spring 2026. Brunswick is looking for a candidate who is organized, collaborative, project management minded, with excellent communication skills. The Assistant Site Coordinator will work as a partner with the Assistant Director of Special Education to: Organize student meals; Arrange building use; Communicate with ESY staff; Supervise buildings; Support with technology distribution/collection; Transport materials, and equipment to/from locations; Support with time card collection; Gather attendance data, and progress data; Support general staffing adjustments; Serve as a secondary point person for ESY staff in three separate buildings. Support any other duties as assigned by Special Education Administration Applications will be reviewed through 3/8/2026.
