About The Position
Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change is one of the fastest growing quick lube companies in the entire country. Since 2022, when we owned 86 oil change locations, we now own 175 locations in 2024. We are actively seeking highly motivated Assistant Managers from all backgrounds to join our team. Whether you have an automotive background or not, our training programs will provide you with all the tools necessary to be successful. With the rate at which we are growing, we have many advancement opportunities for you to grow with us. The hourly salary range for this role is $12.50-15.37 per hour. In addition, our Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Managers can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary. As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will manage and facilitate daily shop operations, including opening and closing on time during the manager's days off. You will be responsible for providing a customer experience above industry standards and maintaining high review ratings. You will assist the store manager in all aspects of the store management process, monitor and train new employees, ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, and maintain a clean and visually pleasing store environment. Effective communication, both verbally and electronically using Microsoft Outlook and Teams, is essential. You will also handle cash management and inventory management, and assist the store manager with monitoring and tracking in-shop performance goals.
