Expect to work evenings and weekends when the shop is at its busiest, with flexibility to support your team when they need it most. As our Assistant Shop Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of the shop-motivating your team, mentoring stylists, and ensuring every client leaves feeling their best. You'll work closely with the Shop Leader to maintain high standards in cuts, colors, and shaves, while also managing inventory, recruiting talent, and handling month-end tasks. You'll stay behind the chair to stay connected to the client experience and lead by example every step of the way.
