About The Position

Marvin Composites is hiring an Assistant Shift Supervisor at our Salem, VA plant. We're looking for a proactive leader with manufacturing experience who is comfortable working around equipment. You'll support our production team and shift supervisors to keep operations running smoothly. This role focuses on developing people, building a strong team culture, and making sure we deliver safe high quality work every day. Schedule: 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM Week 1 (36hrs): Sun, Wed, Thur• Week 2 (48hrs): Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week!Work just 7 out of every 14 days, giving you more time for family, hobbies, or rest.
