This position is responsible for assisting in creating a smooth operating department by overseeing the cleanliness of all public areas. Spending up to 95% of their time on the floor overseeing the cleanliness of all areas of the property by monitoring job tasks and employee performance, ensuring compliance of all Hotel and Department Policies, Procedures and Service Standards, coaching, developing and motivating staff.
