Responsible for fostering a fun environment Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events Ensures efficient staffing levels managing hiring, promotion, demotions and termination decisions M Maintains communication between departments to include trading information between shifts, assuring maintenance requests are properly communicated, absences, or any other information that is relevant to another shift Responsible and accountable for the overall cleanliness and guest service both internally and externally Responsible for overseeing department and shift specific training for all department and areas zones Responsible for ensuring that keys, pans and brooms, and equipment are checked in and out accurately Ensure equipment is returned clean and ready for next user and holds staff accountable for such Serves as EVS liaison in committee meetings and can lead such when requested Responsible for creating and posting weekly schedule, at least one week in advance Managing overtime to ensure that it is scheduled, monitored, communicated and approved by the manager Accountability to ensure that performance reviews are completed and presented in a timely manner Approval of employee’s payroll hours daily by each applicable shift
