Come develop your career with an award-winning, customer focused automotive group. We're looking for an ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER to join our team at FRIENDSHIP HYUNDAI of BRISTOL. Our ideal candidates are reliable, motivated, energetic, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people! What You'll Do: Promptly welcome customers, gathering contact and vehicle information Document vehicle issues and customer concerns Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs Prepare clear, detailed estimates for recommended services Monitor the service process and keep customers informed with timely updates Review completed services and charges with customers Ensure repair orders are accurate and complete Support the Service Manager and assist with additional tasks as needed Qualification Checklist: A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Excellent communication skills, both written and in person Comfortable working within established systems and processes Ability to stay organized and effective in a fast-paced environment A professional, polished appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude Compensation and Benefits: This position offers performance based compensation with incentives and commission and guaranteed training pay to provide stability as you grow in the role You'll have a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, paid time off, company holidays, 401(k), and various wellness and gym reimbursement programs designed to support your overall well-being
