Responsibilities

• Assist Service Manager in overseeing service department operations.
• Ensure quality workmanship and efficiency in service processes.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with technicians and other team members to streamline service workflow.
• Monitor Advisor 's Repair Orders, review service performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
