The Assistant Service Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the Service Department operations, Customer satisfaction, and advisor training, ensuring that the department meets the necessary objectives while creating and implementing action plans. The Assistant Service Manager will be required to assist running an efficient and profitable Service Department through productive staffing, customer retention, and achievement of objectives, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of dealership experience and have excellent customer service skills. Candidate must be able to work well under pressure, self-motivate and have a drive to succeed.
