Position Overview The Assistant Service Manager supports the Service Manager in overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of a residential property (or portfolio of properties). This role is crucial for ensuring the physical condition of the property is maintained to the highest standards, maximizing resident satisfaction, and supporting the on-site service team. The Assistant Service Manager acts as a leader, troubleshooter, and administrator for maintenance activities.
