Project a positive, helpful and professional attitude to our customer. Meet or exceed the customer expectation of repair at all times. Work with service manager to coordinate teams and team leaders and evaluate skill levels. Maintain the proper level of personnel to achieve customer satisfaction and company labor sales objectives. Maintain tech skill matrix and assist Service Manager with coaching technicians to obtain next skill level. Maintain a clean, safe and presentable Service Area that meets Elite Support Criteria Standards. Provide support to the Service Manager, as needed, to define training needs for each individual and maintain training files. Perform monthly inspections of Service Department.
