Requirements

Prior experience in a dealership or service-related role preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Greet and check in service customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
Communicate service recommendations and repair needs
Help organize and manage rental and loaner vehicle logistics
Act as a liaison between technicians and customers, providing timely updates
Handle follow-ups and support phone inquiries
Ensure smooth vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes
Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support the service team
