Land Rover Cary is looking for an Assistant Service Advisor! What will you do? The Assistant Service Advisor is responsible for serving as a liaison between the Service Department technicians and the parts department by maintaining customer satisfaction as well as performing the following duties: The Assistant Service Advisor will visually inspect vehicles, communicate with customers about vehicle performance, complete service work orders, and explain service costs to customers

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work within a team
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Responsibilities

Visually inspect vehicles
Communicate with customers about vehicle performance
Complete service work orders
Explain service costs to customers
Interact with customers to determine immediate service needs
Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products
Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating our mission and values
