The assistant server's responsibilities include assisting the servers' needs as the priority, following the sequence of service as established by the venue, and working as a team to ensure flawless service to all guests. The role also involves setting and resetting tables, clearing tables, and accommodating all guest's requests while anticipating their needs. Candidates must enjoy social interaction and teamwork. Previous experience at a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant is preferred. We offer comprehensive training, and the position provides a great opportunity to develop into a server role.
