About The Position

The position is responsible for the overall appearance of the restaurant, ensuring cleanliness of service stations and bus carts, setting tables, and keeping service stations stocked. The role involves assisting in providing service to guests and maintaining the standards of the Food & Beverage department.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift trays with food above shoulder level.
• Must be able to clean and reset tables in a timely fashion.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and be able to reach across tables.
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.

Responsibilities

• Assists in providing service to guests.
• Responsible for cleaning tables, setting up and breaking down food service areas.
• Responsible for serving bread and butter, pouring water, and setting tables to specifications.
• Supports and maintains Caesars Values and Mission statement and the values and mission of the Food & Beverage department.
• Accountable for properly and safely carrying bus tubs and trays to the dish room in accordance with training and updates to that training.
• Ensures proper stocking of silverware and glasses during service.
• Maintains cleanliness of all service stations including cleaning sinks, emptying trash, washing walls, mopping floors, changing drink boxes and canisters, stocking juice and milk, brewing coffee, wiping down counters, and deep cleaning stations.
• Keeps floors in the restaurant and kitchen free of debris and soil.
• Sets tables for service in accordance with Food and Beverage standards and procedures.
