You will be responsible for guiding and supporting the business in defining and implementing a broad spectrum of Corporate Security initiatives. You'll work closely with fellow security professionals to deliver a holistic approach to Security Compliance, Travel and Workplace Security, Asset Protection, Incident & Crisis Management, and Business Continuity.

  • Contribute to the resilience of Siemens Energy's global operations by supporting multiple domains, including Project Security, Property Protection, Travel Security Risk Management, Incident & Crisis Management, and Business Continuity Management.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Corporate Security Central Support team to enhance processes, deliver training, and ensure compliance with existing and emerging procedures.
  • Provide consulting and implementation support to Security team members and internal stakeholders on a range of security topics, including risk assessment, defining standards, training delivery, and stakeholder communication.
  • Lead Project Security related topics, including aligning minimum requirements, manage the associated features, ensure data consistency and provide guidance on implementation details.
  • Support Business Continuity Management by identifying risks, conducting impact analyses, and defining recovery time objectives and resource requirements.
  • Promote resilience awareness and conduct training sessions to help achieve business objectives, while continuously seeking to simplify and improve processes and procedures and maintain and update governance documents and supporting materials in alignment with legal, customer, and international standards.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a security expert in a multinational company, with a focus on physical security, preferably supporting complex security deployments, business continuity, incident management, and investigations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with proven networking, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility in handling multiple and diverse responsibilities.
  • Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Skilled in analyzing and synthesizing information from various sources, including local and international media, social media, and other intelligence channels.
  • Demonstrated integrity and high personal standards of conduct.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform under pressure in time-critical situations.
  • Willingness to work outside regular hours when needed.
  • Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CPP - Certified Protection Professional) are a plus.
