In this role, you will partner with the School Director to support daily operations, mentor teachers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality early childhood education programs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced childcare professional ready to grow into senior leadership while making a meaningful impact on children and families. Our schools provide high-quality education and care for children 6 weeks to 12 years old , including: Infant Toddler Preschool Pre-K Before & After School Care Summer Camp Programs Who You'll Work With This role is highly collaborative and interacts daily with: School Director and leadership team Teachers and classroom support staff Parents and families Regional operations and education teams Facilities and custodial teams You will be supported by one of the strongest regional support teams in early childhood education.
