The role requires executing Amazon and Zappos New Item Setup templates using PUMA provided product data and ChatGPT AI copywriting functionality to populate all required product data fields and process through the vendor portals. Additionally, the candidate will create and execute an Amazon Project Tracker and Exception Reporting to identify, track, and resolve issues related to product shipments, content opportunities, item suppressions, and more. The goal is to drive products live to the site on time and ensure a best-in-class user experience. The role also includes optimizing product detail pages in collaboration with the marketing team and managing product sample shipments in the Seattle showroom. The candidate will assist the sales team with special projects and build strong relationships with retail partners such as Amazon and Zappos.
