The position involves formalized reporting and analysis of all retailer sales and inventory metrics, trends, insights, and sizing from various data sources including Amazon Vendor Central Brand Analytics dashboard, Zappos' vendor portal, and PUMA SPS data. The role requires executing Amazon and Zappos New Item Setup templates using PUMA provided product data and ChatGPT AI copywriting functionality to populate all required product data fields and process through the vendor portals. Additionally, the candidate will create and execute an Amazon Project Tracker and Exception Reporting to identify, track, and resolve issues related to product shipments, content opportunities, item suppressions, and more. The goal is to drive products live to the site on time and ensure a best-in-class user experience. The role also includes optimizing product detail pages in collaboration with the marketing team and managing product sample shipments in the Seattle showroom. The candidate will assist the sales team with special projects and build strong relationships with retail partners such as Amazon and Zappos.

  • Formalize reporting and analysis of retailer sales and inventory metrics.
  • Execute Amazon and Zappos New Item Setup templates.

  • Build strong relationships with retail partners.
  • BA/BS with concentration in Business, Management, Marketing, Sales or related areas.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with Chat GPT/AI is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central system is a plus.
  • Experience in the footwear or apparel industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong initiative, high energy, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work with all levels within and outside the company.
  • Experience working in Amazon Vendor Central system.
  • Experience in the footwear or apparel industry.
  • Hybrid work environment with 3 days in the Seattle showroom.
