About The Position

As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will direct and organize the overall operation of the spa sales department to deliver an outstanding customer experience, meet and exceeding sales and membership goals through exemplary customer experience and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years service sales experience of memberships, subscriptions, or similar type services.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience (spa, retail, hospitality, fitness, or sales industries preferred).
  • Flexible schedule -this role requires a variety of hours which may include nights and a weekend day.
  • A high emotional IQ motivator who thrives on coaching and team development.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of driving results.
  • An excellent communicator who inspires positivity and accountability.
  • Someone who leads from the front desk and breakroom — not from the office.
