This position works closely with the Sales Manager and sales team to help drive daily performance, maintain organization, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate brings strong office coordination skills, sales awareness, and the ability to support one-on-one coaching and customer interactions when needed.

Requirements

  • Prior office or administrative experience required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Scheduling, coordination, or dispatching preferred
  • In-home sales experience preferred
  • Industry knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Inside Sales and Lead Coordinators to ensure opportunities are properly handled
  • Support daily sales operations to help the team meet booking and revenue goals
  • Monitor daily numbers and help keep the team aligned with performance targets
  • Maintain organization of sales activities, reporting, and documentation
  • Ensure accuracy in bookings, job entries, and system updates
  • Assist with maintaining adherence to company processes, pricing standards, and workflows
  • Assist the Sales Manager with one-on-one follow-ups, coaching support, and accountability tracking
  • Provide support to sales team members through guidance, communication, and problem-solving
  • Step in to assist with customer interactions or in-home sales appointments when needed
  • Help reinforce company standards, expectations, and customer experience
  • Help ensure clear communication between sales and fulfillment teams
  • Assist with maintaining adherence to company processes, pricing standards, and workflows
  • Help identify inefficiencies in day-to-day operations and recommend improvements
